Jazz Band

The Jazz Band exposes students to the musical demands necessary for jazz performance at the high school level, including expanding their musical repertoire. It begins the transition process to a college level of performance by introducing basic jazz skills through a variety of jazz styles and selected required exercises. Students enrolled in Jazz Studies are required to participate in a concert band or orchestra as well as pay a membership dues fee.
